The project aims to improve community and personal development opportunities available to the population of Caithness through awareness of, and access to, digital technologies.

Through a locally based project officer, EverybodyOnline Caithness will work with community groups and individuals to highlight the benefits of digital and online applications.

The project will facilitate awareness, involvement and innovation among the population in understanding, using and exploiting information and communication technologies.

Working with existing local organisations and communities, the project is intended to improve digital literacy, employability and community capacity and develop strategies for maintaining progress after the project ends.
