Access to Benefits (A2B)

Every week, thousands of people over 60 miss out on their share of unclaimed benefits in Northern Ireland. A2B is a not-for-profit organisation working to improve benefit uptake for people of retirement age. Currently A2B is developing technology and training resources aimed at the voluntary, community and state sectors, and older people themselves: • Developing a free and simple benefit calculator on the internet which allows people to check their entitlement anonymously • Simplifying the benefit application process in partnership with age and advice organisations • Investing in training and research designed to improve information provision to older people

MyGroupNI

MyGroupNI offers a rapid and simple mechanism via which local communities of interest that are currently digitally excluded can participate in the emerging digital environment (including Web, WebTV, Web Radio and mobile devices) and will thereby improve digital inclusion across Northern Ireland.

OnlineNI

OnlineNI is the easy way to access public service information and services on the Internet.
