Get IT Together in Kirklees is taking both a local and themed approach, particularly in the communities of Ravensthorpe and Chickenley/Dewsbury East.  The strands of activity will be focused on older people, BME communities, worklessness and people with health issues.

Project Coordinator, Lorraine Noble, will add a digital dimension to the Council’s Community Work Team by providing opportunities for local residents to use the Internet and gain basic IT skills to help them save money online, join social networks, be creative, search for a job, access government services or simply keep in touch with friends and family.
