North West Sutherland

As one of the most sparsely populated areas of the UK, North West Sutherland is spectacularly beautiful, but services can be limited in these fragile communities. Digital inclusion work can allow people to access facilities and services which they could not reach otherwise, due to the sheer distances involved. Irene and Shona hope to enhance and improve people’s ability to access services and opportunities by way of the internet and IT, providing training and skills at a local level, developing inclusive and digitally aware communities.
