We’re looking for volunteer in-person digital champions to support our projects in North Yorkshire and Merseyside (see below for specific areas of need). Digital champions are people who provide one-to-one support to help people access the internet and do more online. Find out more about the role of a digital champion here.

We are also looking for remote digital champions to provide support over the phone for people in North Yorkshire. As a remote digital champion you can be based anywhere in the UK, and you can make a huge difference with just a few hours of your time. We’ll provide initial training and ongoing support.

Merseyside:

  • Liverpool
  • St Helens
  • Warrington

North Yorkshire:

  • Whitby, Sleights, Ruswarp and Robin Hood’s Bay
  • Scarborough and FIley
  • Helmsley, Kirkbymoorside and Pickering
  • Malton and Norton
  • Richmond and Leyburn
  • Staithes and Runswick Bay
