Citizens Online are working with West Sussex County Council to develop their Digital Inclusion, Access and Safety Partnership. The partnership brings together over 60 organisations concerned about residents being left behind in the digital age. We encourage organisations in West Sussex to get in touch to join the free partnership and access:

  • Digital devices and data for people in need
  • Digital champion training for your staff and volunteers
  • Online safety training
  • Best practice and networking opportunities via quarterly partnership meetings

Digital Support Signposting Map

The West Sussex Digital Inclusion Signposting map shows all current support available for West Sussex residents. If you, or someone you know, would like to improve your digital skills, find free Wi-Fi locations, or would like support accessing free data or devices, then the map will help you find your best suited location.

  • Pins in BLUE and have a book symbol are libraries that can provide support to any resident.
  • Pins in RED and have a star symbol are organisations that can provide support to any resident.
  • Pins in PURPLE and a circle symbol are organisations that can provide support to a specific group.

The map and directory are designed to signpost people to support in your local area. However, please check with the organisation to confirm the details of the support available as offers do change.

Do you offer digital support in West Sussex?

The map will be updated regularly, so please let us know if you have a support offer to add to the map. You can contact us at wsdigitalinclusion@citizensonline.org.uk

Data and Devices

Citizens Online research in West Sussex identified a great need for devices and data packages for residents. We are offering free devices and data SIMs to organisations who are supporting West Sussex residents. If you are an organisation and would like to refer an individual, please fill in our referral form. Please note that we cannot accept referrals from individuals.

Get Involved

The partnership is always welcoming new organisations keen to improve digital inclusion and keeping people safe online in West Sussex. If you would like to join the free partnership, then we would love to hear from you:
